*must switch every 250m and do 15 sit-ups before you get back on the rower.
Intended stimulus – a tricky one for sure. Finding a balance between sprinting the 250m, but holding enough back to be able to repeat for 12+ rounds. You should not be rowing like you are rowing a 10k, but you also shouldn’t be rowing like you are only doing 250m. Push the pace, but be careful.
