**WOD – Team Series Week 6**

There will be time on Thursday in class to get this weeks WOD done. If your team can not make that work, please make sure that it is ok with a coach to do it during a class. Since this week is longer than the class WOD, please try to make Thursday work. Good luck on week 6, and kick some ass.

Team Series WOD – Rx
With a running clock
M/M pairs; alternating full rounds
12 min AMRAP
15 power snatches (75#)
10 OtB burpees
NO REST
F/F pairs; alternating rounds
12 min AMRAP
15 power snatches (55#)
10 OtB burpees

Team Series WOD – Scaled
With a running clock
M/M pairs; alternating full rounds
12 min AMRAP
15 power snatches (65#)
10 burpees
NO REST
F/F pairs; alternating rounds
12 min AMRAP
15 power snatches (45#)
10 burpees

*M/M partners start and work the entire 12 minutes switching off after every completed round. Right at the 12 minute mark, the F/F partners will start their AMRAP, accumulating as many rounds as they can in the 12 min.
Some rules I should clarify this week;
1. All standards must be met for both movements; the burpee and power snatch
Over the bar burpees must be a 2 footed take off and landing, but full extension does not have to be reached at any point in the movement.
2. 1 set-up for the men and 1 set-up for the women (1 men’s bar and 1 women’s bar only)
