Fathom – might be cutting in close in this one just to squeeze into class, it is that long. But the good new is you only have to do half
Gear – interval work today. Sprint when it is your turn, recovery when it is not
Knots – go hard, and then you can go home. But all kidding aside, give it everything you got during your turn. Cheer on your partner when it is not.
