Fathom – long one, but you have help, so get after it
Gear –  work to rest ratio allows for a good speed right out of the gate
Knots – how you split the reps up are up to you, but you must finish all of one set of a movement before moving on. Unlike last week, there are way more rules. Just figure out what kind of chunks you want to rip off at a time and give it hell when it is your turn.
