Beach WOD – Saturday 8/13

We are meeting at Cable road beach for 8am. The WOD will be fun and approachable. Plan on hanging out afterwards to enjoy what looks like is going to be a beautiful day.

Teams of 3;
400m run – everyone runs together
Then, 2 people working at a time, 1 person rests
100 bootlegger burpees
100 air squats
100 sit-ups
200m lunges
Finish chest deep in the water
*there are 2 lines 20ft apart, to tag in the 3rd partner you must run down to tag them in.
