This Thursday night at 5:15 there will be a short meeting about heart rate training and how to use data from a HR monitor to help shape your training, both daily and weekly. Everyone is welcome to attend, whether you have a HR monitor or not.

Spend some time here mobilizing for the strength – hamstrings, front rack and shoulders
Weightlifting complex – 1 power clean + 1 push press + 1 hang power clean + 1 push jerk
There will be some time to warm up to a weight you plan on starting with, then we will lift EMOM for 5 minutes total. A very short EMOM so make the weights challenging. You have the choice to either lift across or build within the EMOM.
